I just started running. I'm currently doing 2-3 miles, 3-4 times a week. I'm also swimming and walking. I want to lose 80 pounds all together, but 40 pounds is my first goal. I have an app for weight lifting, but it has thousands of exercises and I'm not sure what to do! Any suggestions? I weigh about 230 now. I've started the 100 push up challenge so I have some muscle. Any suggestions?
