What order and when do I take weight lifting supplements?

I have been working out religiously, for the most part, I have bought syntha 6, whey protein, and anabolic halo. I was wondering when and how often a day I should take each one. Like how many times a day for each and before/after workout. Thanks for the help.

1. me I only use whey protein and only workout on MWF and I take a shake about 30 mins to an hour after my workout and sometimes I'll take on for an evening snack a couple hours after dinner...but it's all up to you, people are gonna say before so you'll have energy but I don't eat anything before my workouts and I do interval training afterwards for about 15-20 mins and I have plenty of energy

2. Take the anabolic c halo within an hour after working out for best results
