How long does it take to see results when weight lifting?
I have been lifting for 2.5 weeks to help me gain some weight. I was wondering how long will it take before I start to notice my arms getting more muscle/toned?

1. the truthful answer, but one that you might not want to hear, is that it will take months to make noticable gains and then years to put on significant amounts of pure muscle. and then this is all subject to having a proper routine which you stick too and also eating well.
gaining muscle is possible, just takes hard work :)
2. If you are consistent, if you also do some cardio, and if you are eating a healthy diet you should begin to see changes within a month or so.
3. If your trying to bigger, then the key is to eat while working out. Eating is the biggest factor
if you want a better squat and bench look up the smolov exercise
