weight lifting routines?
I am a freshman and need to start lifting weights more and work on my upper body. What routines do you think would help me do this.

1. Try an all-around workout routine so you don't end up a big-chested guy with skinny legs. My workout routine (for example) is twice a day, in morning and afternoon, except on Sundays. In the morning I usually just take a quick ten minute run and use a few weights, nothing major. In the afternoon, I do either upper body or lower body (alternate days) weight training. And I make sure to stretch before and after working out so I don't feel sore and so I can workout more later.
So I would reccomend doing something like that. Also make sure to eat well in high protein foods so your muscles can recover quicker and to gain muscle.
