Whens the correct time to take my weight lifting supplements?

I wake up each morning taking a Creatine waffer followed by 8 ounces of water. when i return from work around 2 i usually lay around till about 6 where i take in Muscle milk shake. After i am done lifting in the locker room i take my second Creatine Waffer. Am i doing this correctly so my body will be on a successful path on being stronger?

1. Within the first 30 min you've completed your work out. The sooner the better.

2. With creatine, it doesn't really matter when you take it. You want to take 5g a day, and try to take it around the same time each day. Once you have been taking it for a week or two, your system will be flooded with creatine, and each day you'll be keeping it going. So, it doesn't matter if you take it in the morning, or the evening.

With whey protein, you want to drink it shortly after your workout. This is when your muscles are screaming for protein.
