Weight Lifting Regimen for 16 Year Old Male?
I'm 5 ft 11 in and 175 pounds, I need to start doing some weight lifting training. I belong to a gym with a lot of equipment so any ideas you guys have shouldn't be a problem. I'm looking to gain arm strength. Any ideas?

1. You need to train your whole body.
Start out with 1 set of 8 of each exercise: Add I set per week. No rest in between.
Do wide grip lat pulldowns to the front
Do flat bench press with legs on the bench, bringing the bar down to just below your neck.
Do shoulder press
Do triceps rope pulldowns
Do biceps barbell curl
Do Squats on a smith machine WITH YOUR LEGS IN FRONT of you
Do leg curls
Do calve raises.
This will get your body accustomed to working out.
Be sure to eat 5-6 meals a day of mostly protein and fats. Keep carbs to a minimum.
