I'm taking 3 supplements for weight lifting, just how should take all of them?

1. Extreme (Protein Powder)
2. Cell tech muscle tech (creatine)
3. Nano Vapor

i usually take creatine 1hr before workout and take protein shake within no longer than 1hr
and i just bought Nano Vapor

i think im not even taking creatine or Protein powder right and so how should i fit in Nano vapor?

Nano Vapor is a pre workout..use it 30min before your workouts..I would save your cell tech because that is too much for your body...make sure you drink a protien shake right after your work out with creatine

2. Yoyo, for Nano Vapor i believe you need to build a tolerance for it, so take one scoop first b4 your workout, and then work into 2-3 scoops. Take it 15-20mins b4 your workout. After your work out you should take a nice isolate whey protein powder. My choice of protein would be Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, that shtt rocks. For your creatine, maybe you should chill out on it, your nano vapor contains some creatine in it already. AIght, hope that helped
