weight lifting supplements advice?
hi, im starting a police academy in june and i need some supplements to help me get ready. i dont want creatine or steroids but something else..... Im already taking protein and vitamins, fish oil and Pretty much the basics. thanks

1. Protein and vitamins are more or less all you need. Be sure you get about 1 gram of protein per day per pound of bodyweight. If you weigh 150, then you need about 150 grams of protein per day.
Steroids have side effects and you really do not need anything like that to be competitive.
