question about weight lifting supplements?
ok, im 16, almost 17, lifting for about a year and ive been using Creatine monohydrate, cheap stuff but it helps alot. but i want an upgrade becuase ive gotten more serious about it. but of course all these supplements are extremely expensive. i was looking up "Dark Matter" and ive heard its the best creatine supplement. it is for post workout. so besides some whey protein and crap should i take anything else? remember im trying to go below 100 dollers a month or so. and i dont want junk that doesnt work. or make my penis smaller.

1. its all about diet, make sure you get plenty of protein, look up some diets online for optimum muscle gain, then go for the creatine when you cant get any bigger from just that
2. creatine mono while cheap is still a proven and amazing supplement, if you really want an upgrade gaspari size on is BEYOND AMAZING, honestly just give one tub a try and youll be hooked, google reviews on it, it shits on dark matter. creatine, whey and a multi is all you need.

get blackpowder and take that with creatine before workout.. on an empty stomache
omg does it give u energy and keep you in the gym longer than you plan on being there!
4. dude! Stay away from those Whey Protein, Glutamine, Creatine, No2 supplements. They dont work, are a bunch of B.S., and most definitely a waste of your hard earned money !!!
Your gonna be placing alot of stress on your kidneys if you want to
upgrade to stronger one and take it everytime your work out. Read an article where this guy was taking alot of that NoExplode Supplement and few days later began urinating blood ! Very True & not a joke !!!
I was a very strong huge believer in supplements when I was your age, but the only thing I got out of it was a bunch of extra fat around my waist line and and very high body fat%. For the past three years, I've been training naturally. When I started I was 180lbs, and now three years later I weigh 210lbs with 10.8% body fat and a 32 inch waist line.
