1. Probably not what you want to read, but it's going to take time to put on mass. It'll happen pound by pound monthly, but nothing too drastic. Also those supplements only really aid you in gaining mass, you've got to get yourself on a mass building diet if you truly want to get bigger. 3100 calories a day at the least. Also you might be overworking your muscles by working out 6 days a week. If you overwork them they don't grow or the growth is minimal.
2. i use BSN blue raspberry and am very pleased with the results .. i also drink a chocolate protein drink after i work out
3. take morph muscle pills its a free sample of it on this site:http://www.iammorph.com/ add me and tell me if it works.
4. Don't workout six days a week. You are overtraining. Your body needs time to rebuild itself following a workout. If you are looking to put on mass, I would workout four times a week MAX.
As far as supplements to help with muscle and strength gains:
Creatine
Glutamine
Norwegian Fish Oil
Beta Alanine
Whey Protein (a clean one without garbage added i.e. Jay Robb's Whey Protein) - At the very least you need 1g of protein per two pounds of bodyweight. I would suggest increasing that to 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight (147g in your case).
Drink WATER (tons of it)
Get sleep (at least 8 hrs)
You can take all the supplements you want; but if you're not eating enough calories, you won't grow. Make sure you're lifting appropriate loads as well. Alot of people do not lift heavy enough to recruit new muscle fibers. The appropriate rep range for hypertrophy (muscle growth) is 2-5 sets of 6-12 reps.
5. It takes a lot of time and dedication to build muscle mass. There's no supplement which will allow you to grow copious amounts of muscle overnight.
These things take years. Start now and eat big. :-)
