Help with Weight lifting supplements?
I'm pretty skinny, although I work out a very decent amount. Due to my metabolism I am pretty much unable to put on any serious amount of weight.
I've taken creatine and protein, but I am looking into taking something a little more serious.
What would you recomend? I am over 18 so thats not a problem....
Suggestions??

1. creatine and protein should be enough even if you are skinny and have trouble adding weight, your exercise routine is probably the culprit, not what you are taking
if you are slender and have trouble gaining weight, you need to take creatine before doing weightless exercises such as jumping jacks, flexions, twists, bends, aerobics, etc. Basically any motion you can come up with and do between 80 to 100 in a row will give you excellent muscular results when it comes to weightless exercise. Protein powders help to maintain muscles but aren't that important for you in trying to gain weight, go ahead and keep them up but weightless exercises to spread creatine thouroughly throughout your system should give you the results you are after
2. You shouldn't take anything besides protein. Creatine gives you only useless water weight, but protein provides your body with the nutrients it needs to actually rebuild muscle.
Just eat as much protein during the day as you can in your meals, and get a high quality protein shake to take within 30 minutes of your workout. And make sure that you are giving your muscle groups a day to rest. If you don't, they can't rebuild themselves and get bigger.
And fyi, your target amount of protein a day would be 1-1.5g of protein per pound of body weight you weigh each day. I don't know how much you weigh, but you can figure it out.
