Im 14 and i have been lifting weights for 8 months now. I take a protein supplement after every workout.I was wondering if i should also take some herbal and multivitamin supps as well. I will probably use the nature made brand. ARE THESE SAFE?

But really, protein sups are great. vitamins are good too, at 14 though, no need for any "herbal" supplements. let nature take its course.
