Mixing Weight lifting supplements?

ok, im into body building and weight lifting. I mainly take Triple Whey Protein and Creatine Monohydrate . They come in powder form and i mix them with milk/water for my shake. I was wondering if i could take them at the same time (in the same shake) and still get the same results. If so, how much milk/water should use?

1. Use the normal amount of water/milk or more. You most definitely can take them at the same time!

Glad you are taking the creatine monohydrate powder form and not subsituting your creatine intake through a NO product
