What vitamin supplements should I take when weight lifting?

I am getting into weight lifting to help define my body. I am taking Equate men's health daily multivitamin already, as well as increasing my protein intake. What other supplements should I take while weight lifting?

1. take some Animal Pak. its this multivitamin in this cylindrical container. it has tons of vitamins and some youve never heard of.

You need to take fish oil, it will help with your joints, skin, eyes and it contains healthy fats which will break down the bad fats you have. make sure you get a high dha and epa content. also good for inflammation, you can take the supplement from a vitamin supplement place or eat salmon, sardines, nuts. anything with omega 3.
