Weight lifting supplements plz help?
I just started lifting weights a couple weeks ago an I was jw what supplements I can take the help me get bigger. My frame isnt that big so I need help beyond lifting to get bigger. I was also wondering if you know of any1 pre workout energy boosters I could take to help amp me up for my workout. Thanks for all the help

Food is the best muscle builder there is
when it comes down to it, whether u build muscle or not will depend on how good ur diet and routine are, NOT what supplements u take.
If anything, I would just get a whey protein for post work out, but anything else is a waste. There are no magic supps out there, just hard work and good diet not to mention time and patients.
Youve only been at it a few weeks, be patient.
