weight lifting supplements?

im 17 years old, and im currently taking weight raining classes in my senior year in highschool, weight lifting is nothing new to me, ive been doing it for a while, though ive never taken any supplements, my goal is to get stronger and build muscle, i was wondering which would be better to take to gain strength and muscle, Whey Protein, Creatine, Or amino aicids, etc,(kinda low on cash =/ so i can only buy one of them)

1. Take whey protein. Or a Whey blend. You can get them at Costco for pretty cheap.

2. Creatine would be the best for your money, but make sure you get your parents OK anytime you take supplements.

3. amino aicids has protein too and protein makes you grow.

4. creatine as u can get protein from eating eggs and meat so no point buying whey protein.

5. Definitly, definitly protein. It will heal your muscles after working out, and you WILL notice if you workout regularly. Creatine is not anything huge like steroids or messing with yer anabolics, but it adds water to yer muscles, puffing it out. yes, it will make them bigger, but as long as you take it regularly, and if you stop, they almost deflate.(Im 19 in the navy, i took creatine last year.) Amino acids you can find in a lot of foods, like any of these, so forget that. Protein is the safest, cleanest, and long-lasting supplement. Taking that and missing a few intervals wont make a difference, that true muscle will stay with you. If you do choose to take others in the future, protein is a great start, you can find it cheap, it's a good, lol, gateway supplement, to learn about other things. If you go to GNC, the weight lifting superstore, the clerks are also super knoweldgeable. So, all in all, you should go and buy anywhere from a half pound to 2 pounds of whey protein, and have annual shakes after working out. I promise, a strict workout regime with it, excellent results!!
