Weight lifting supplements?

What are some good weight lifting supplements that I can take before working out that will increase the weight I can lift? I've heard something about SuperPump 250 working. Just curious.

1. well i dont suggest using supplements. the best way is natural. it increasing your strength much more than using supplements. and u will most likely have it longer. i never used supplements and i was benching 300 after 6 months. and i stopped for aobut 6 months and i can still get 290 pretty easily. but yea some good ones that ive heard of are N.O. Black Powder. it like pumps u up hardcore before a workout. and theres a drink called ENDO RUSH that is crazy ive tried it. u cant finish the bottle within a 12 hour period or it can like give u heart faliure. but yea theres a alot out there. N.O. explode is a good one too. but i sitll suggest doing natural. its the best way.

2. just take protein and creatine. thats all you need, the other stuff is a little risky if you ask me.

3. USP labs Jacked, N-30,NO xplode, black powder...i dont like superpump at all...jacked is the best

5. Use of creatine to increase workout capacity can be benneficial to a body builder who's regimin is close to peak capacity to allow lifter to MAX higher, therefor resulting in more muscular gain. Creatine is useful if the athlete has already established peak performance therefor a solid muscular base. Semi useless in the long run if you arent an avid body builder as muscle isn't as perminent as muscle gained while not using it. I refer to building your house upon sand opposed to rock. Why allow your body to get used to that supplement when your building muscle? Then you must constantly take it to perform at that level. You'd rather build it up properly by establishing a routine with peaks and pair your lifts to opposing muscle groups. Once you have established and MAINTAIN a higher weight max, try creatine to exceed that, allowing you to lift more than you originally could ie: larger muscle gain. Creatine is expensive and semi-dangerous if you are not careful you may damage your kidneys or liver and most people don't use it properly resulting in a waste of money and time. For most people, the cost/bennefit ratio isnt worth it.
