Can anyone reccommend some good workout routines and some weight lifting supplements (not steroids) to bulk-up

im 5'8'' 145 lbs, just wanna look bigger :)

3. Weight lifting is the best way to bulk up. If you just want to look bigger you can go to one of those spray tan places and they can spray you so that you look like you have more muscle definition.

4. I drink whey protein and take Hydroxycut Max (for woman only), but I dont necessarily want to bulk up, but I am working on getting toned. My bf uses Hydroxycut Max, drinks whey protein shakes, creatine, and some other stuff and I'm starting to see results on him.

We usually get our supplements from either Vitamin World or GNC
