1. dude dont take testosterone supplements, you get more than enough naturally, they dont do anything
If you want a good workout, take
N.O. XPLODE
a multivitamin
WHEY PROTEIN
and Cell Mass
get like 2500 calories a day and hit the gym 3-4 days a week on a schedule routine
2. Omega 3 Fatty acids supplements and a great one if you're lifting heavy is some sort of joint support vitamin. (APEX makes great supplements) Keeps your knees from getting injured.
I've used SuperPump, as well as N.O. Explode. I like to go back and forth between them (i.e. use one for a few months then switch to another brand.) so I don't get accustomed to it and lose its affect.
Optimum Whey Protein (Gold Standard)
CytoGainer is an awesome way to put on bulk as its about 800 calories in a single 16 oz drink.
3. The most important thing is that you eat enough protein during the day. If you eat the right whole foods you don't need any supplements at all. Since we have time limitations and can't always eat right, I take these:
a multivitamin
two fish oils (or flax oil) for the omega-3
Some glucosamine if my joints are sore.
I don't think you NEED more than that.
The rest I usually get from food, but once in a while, I will mix some whey protein isolate in orange juice after a workout if I won't be eating right after.
I stay away from complex proprietary supplement blends, as they contain god-knows-what, and often artificial sweeteners that cause me to have migraines.
