Does anyone know any good weight lifting supplements?
Im 15 and need a good drink with protein and something to build me faster. Yea and do i need to be 18 to get it and DRINK it?

Hey man, if you're just starting weightlifting than I suggest the following for some quick mass gains: Creatine(Helps a ton, and no it's not a steroid/harmful supplement, infact your body makes it naturally), some BCAA's, and a multivitamin. As well as glutamine, and protein powder/ready to drink packs for when you're on the go. Check out this site: http://www.fitbodyclub.net if you need any of those supplements since they're all available, and are pretty cheap compared to places like GNC & Vitamin Shoppe. And no, you don't need to be 18 years old to take them.
