What are the Best Weight Lifting Supplements to Take?

I was wondering what supplements I should take that work fast. I am terrible at bench pressing and squatting. What supplements would help me in those areas?

They have this one called cell mass which is a creatine mix and works really well just go to BSN's website

3. basics-
whey protein- helps rebuild the muscles after workouts
vitamins- you know what they do already (i hope)
creitine- delivers water to your muscles for better workouts
others-
no xplode- delivers a "punch" to motivate and focus you (i have never tried it and don't know if it helps)
caffeine- helps with energy (don't take too much b/c it can damage your heart when taken in excess, you can find caffeine pills at walgreens)
