Weight lifting supplements experienced body builders only please?

Ok so i'm looking to gain some bulk i weigh 145 at the moment i have whey protein, and some creating (which is expired creatine) my question is what other products / supplements can i add to get more weight on (muscle weight that is) i was looking at anabolic halo and some growth stuff but i need some opinons! hopefully you guys can help me out cause im about to resort to steroids :) jk

1. You know, you can take all the supplements in the world, you won't get any bigger if you don't work out. In your "question" you didn't mention anything about working out or any routines. Try working out along with your hcg intake and I'm sure you'll get bigger.

3. I've had a lot of success with the BSN product line. N.O. Explode, CellMass, AtroPhex, and Cheaters. Also, try the Animal Pack. Like that other guy said though, if you aren't working out hard, supplements won't do crap...

DONT TAKE CREATINE OR STEROIDS>>> Trust me bro....I was about to resort to that also...But i just bought me weights at a sporting goods store...I fixed my diet up...And i take whey protein after my workouts which helped tremendously ..Just look up stuff on the web...Just dont take things your not aware of...Their are some serious consequences...Just weight-lift...(the right way) and focus on our diet...

5. You don't need anymore supplements. You only need the basics as a beginner. Anything else and you're just wasting your money.

As a beginner you'll gain weight and strength relatively quickly if you're on the correct workout routine and eating enough calories to gain weight (recommended 300 calories over maintenance). Make sure you're form is good and don't cheat.

To the person above. Creatine is found in your body, and is found in the meat you eat. Are you going to stop eating meat because of that? Creatine is completely healthy for you.

6. Nutrition and genetics are THE places to start...If you are a hard gainer EAT >>TRAIN>>>SLEEP!!! For some great gainer smoothies try http://www.buybulkwhey.com I would exhaust all possibilities before trying the anabolics.

Just use a solid multi joint or compound weight lifting routine and remember to lift heavy...that is the key to build muscle fast.
