1. I'm pretty sure that you're too young to be doing intense training. You may think it's good but it could have permanent ramifications on your body development, you're better off sticking with sports and cardio, and then hitting the weights in a few years.

2. i think ur method is perfect

3. That's OK for your age. But don't you want to incorporate some cardio workouts in your routine? Think about it

4. 15-16 thats it to me it is not even a warm up.I train 3-4 hrs.day 5 days/week to see any good results atleast 2 hrs of hardcore training i would say.I am almost 20 by the way.If u need to gain good mass u got to train hardcore buddy.

5. I started when i was 16, my brother started when he was 13 and it stunted his growth. He is gutted about it now.
I would say now you are 15/16 you should start hitting the weights 4 times a week for an hour on each muscle group.
Chest (Mon), Back (Tues), Triceps (Wed) then maybe back and biceps again (Thu) you should train your back twice as much as you train your chest just because of the pure amount of different muscles you have there.
Feed cardio in whenever you get chance there is nothing worse than a huge guy who can't run 10 metres, plus this will give you a chance to work on your legs.
